Ingredients: Organic Skullcap aerial parts, Organic California Poppy aerial parts, Organic Hibiscus petals, Organic Lavender flowers, Organic Licorice root.
Brewing Recommendations:
Bring 5oz water to boiling. Place tea bag in cup with label strung on the side of the cup (not in the liquid). Pour hot water over tea bag and let steep 5-7 min. Place plate or similar over top of the mug while steeping. At the end of the steeping period, remove bag from water and add 1oz cold water to lower the temperature. Add 1-2 cubes of ice if needed to prevent burns. Add honey (for children over the age of 12 months), milk (for children over the age of 12 months), and/or lemon juice if desired for taste.
Sustainability and Storage:
For maximum freshness, keep teabags in canister in a cool, dry storage area. Best if used within one year of purchase. Our tea bags are made from compostable non-GMO plant-based filters. Please compost once used. When finished, consider reducing waste by reusing the metal canister!
